By using the contact form, the User expressly consents to the Company processing the following categories of personal data: name, contact telephone number and e-mail address; the IP address of the computer or mobile device from which the Website is accessed may also be collected. Personal data sent by the User to the Company by mail, telephone, fax, mobile message or any other communication channel will also be processed.

3.2 Browsing and registration on the Website involve the use of Google Analytics, whereby the Company and Google will process the following categories of information in aggregate form: geographical location of access (continent, country, city), age, gender, language, device from which you access (e.g. mobile device, tablet, desktop computer) and browsing behavior on the page (e.g. new user or returning user, average session time, average time on each page, including in the private area). On the use of Google Analytics on the website, see point 6 below.

3.3 For the purposes of this Privacy Policy, any personal data or information relating to you that is processed by the Company shall be referred to generally, and for the purposes of this Privacy Policy, as “Personal Data”.

3.4 Some Personal Data are mandatory and must be duly marked and, in case of lack or insufficiency of such data, the message will not be sent by the User to the Company.

3.5. By filling in the contact form on the Website, the User expressly consents to the processing of Personal Data for the following purposes:

(a) navigation and use of the Website;
b) managing contacts with the User;
c) sending information or events related to the company;
d) carrying out marketing activities;

3.6. The Website may make available areas related to games, contests or forums (chats forums) and, with respect to each of them, Personal Data may be requested from the User, which will only be processed with the User’s express consent; before expressing consent, the User will be informed of the categories of Personal Data that will be processed and their respective purposes; these Personal Data will be subject to this Privacy Policy.

4. Consent

4.1 As regards direct marketing actions, the User is guaranteed the right to revoke consent in all of them, simply by replying to the newsletter with the subject: “REMOVE”.

4.2. The revocation of consent to the processing of Personal Data, as provided for in the preceding paragraphs, implies, depending on the situation in question, a limitation of navigation on the Website, as well as the impossibility of receiving direct marketing messages.

5. Access, updating or deletion of personal data

5.1. As long as the interested party does not state otherwise, the Company will presume that the data collected have been entered by the interested party and authorized by him/her, and that they are true and accurate.

5.2 The Company guarantees the User the right to access his/her data, without restriction and without undue delay, by transmitting the information relating to his/her data in clear language that corresponds strictly to the content of his/her registration.

6. Cookies and storage and access to information

6.1 The Website uses “cookies”. Cookies are small text files that identify your computer to our server; the website is hosted on a standard Apache server. Cookies themselves do not identify the individual user, only the computer or device used.

6.2 On this website we use Google Analytics services to measure the effectiveness of our content and the preferences of our users, which allows us to help optimize the operation of this website. We use performance cookies to monitor how individual users access our website and how regularly. This information is used for statistical purposes only and does not identify any particular user.

6.4 As indicated in section 3.2 above, the Site uses Google Analytics, which collects and processes data from Users. The use of Google Analytics has the following purposes: to access statistical information about Users, to determine the usefulness, interest and number of visits to the Site, to track and monitor the pages and content visited, the countries from which the Site is accessed and the modalities of use of the Site. 

6.5 The Company will obtain from the User and whenever legally necessary, the respective consent for the use of Cookies and storage mechanisms and access to information, in the terms required by law.

7. Alterations to the privacy policy

7.1 The Company reserves the right to make, at any time, modifications or updates to the Privacy Policy, security and data protection and the relevant changes will be duly notified to the User through the Website, by means of a specific notice that will appear when using the Site. Where required by law, the User must consent to such modifications or updates. Refusal of consent may result, depending on the specific case, in the impossibility of accessing the Website.

7.2 In the event of conflict between this privacy policy and subsequently published modifications, the latter shall take precedence over the former.
